This review is for the eyebrow technicians only. I have been going here for years to get my eyebrows shaped and waxed. The price has went up over the years and the current price is $24 but I have went to other places and been dissatisfied with the outcome. There are 2 estheticians at the Orland location that I request if available and they each do my brows in the same manner and shape. Both women are friendly and always remember my preference. I also recommend the Tricoci brand hair products. My fave that I buy are their hairspray and styling cream. They are $30 a piece but worth it and sometimes they are on sale during holidays.

One of the worst nail salon experience I’ve had. I love getting my nails down so I’ve had tons of experience but I went here because I got a gift card for a mani and pedi. Starting with the mani the polish was very streaky even with the finish work and no top coat was applied so the very next day the nail was chipping and I did nothing yet. Then the pedi was super rushed and again streaky as well and I just wanted to leave midway through . I got an email asking my thoughts and I let them know of course nothing was done . Save your money and take it elsewhere

I’ve tired this location 4 separate times. I’ve had my nails done, hair cut, & facial. The front desk services is hit or miss. I love the Bloomingdale location! Always a good experience and I moved to Orland park and decided to come to this Orland location since I’ve had a good experience at bloomingdale but I was wrong. I kept coming back hoping I’d like something, but my hair experience was not great. My cut was good, but the blow drier burned my skin and I had to tell her to stop twice bc it so hot. My facial was okay, she was unorganized, the room was small and I felt like there was a ton of time just trying to get the stuff together that it took my out of my mood. The nails were the worst experience. Tried two different ladies. Painting leaves streaks on my nail and it’s just not worth what it. I’m overall just bummed out because I kept trying to make it work but it’s just not good for a high level spa. I constantly leave feeling like I got ripped off. I never felt like that in Bloomingdale. Maybe I got lucky with great people there.

On August 17, 2023, I had a pedicure and massage at the Orland Park location. Both services were superb. No issues with my pedicure service or the massage. I am writing to express my surprise at the dingy white towels that were used for the pedicure. All of the technicians were using dingy towels. I asked my technician is my towel was clean because it had what looked to be nail polish that was not removed after it was laundered. My point is this..................I expect a much higher quality of products used especially with the costs of the services. The technician assured me that the towel was clean. However, the nail polish stain was hard to ignore. Nevertheless, I recommend that you switch to a new color for towels.
